The majority of Great Golf Events’ charity golf outing clients have implemented this Event Software to streamline check-in - while capturing each player’s credit card at the same time. Since credit cards are swiped and captured at check-in, players never have to reach into their pocket during the event – they simply identify themselves with their unique VIP number, recorded on a poker chip, assigned to them at check-in. The implementation of this software significantly increases event-day revenues; eliminates auction check-out congestion; and facilitates all the accounting for tracking sales & generating receipts. Bottom-line, capturing player credit cards at Check-In makes it easier for them to spend and enhances their event-day experience during the golf outing.
