Disabilities Association (LDA) of Minnesota’s LDA Golf Classic:
Play-A-Round for Kids on Monday, August 25, 2008. Proceeds from
the event will help LDA serve children who are struggling to learn and
are at risk for school failure. The event will include a shotgun golf
tournament, box lunch, cocktail hour, dinner, and silent auction at the
Edinburgh USA, with exclusive use of the St. Andrews Club facilities.
Registration and
activities begin at 11:00 am with a box lunch catered by Lancer at
Edinburgh USA and the Pre-Tournament Long Drive Challenge. A shotgun
start will begin the tournament at approximately 1:30 pm. Dinner,
cocktails and awards will follow golf at the conclusion of the golf
tournament.
