$1725.00 Per Person (Double Occupancy)

$1975.00 Per Person (Single Occupancy)

Reservation Policy:

• A 50% deposit per player ($862.50 Double Occupancy or $987.50 Single Occupancy) is required at the time your reservation is made on or before August 1, 2010.

  • Reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been Received via Credit Card Online or Check Received via Mail.

• The balance is due and payable 90 days prior to the event date or (November 25, 2010). 

• Event package include all applicable taxes.

• Airfare Not Included in Fees.
  
  Cancellation Policy:
   

• Deposits are fully refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to November 25, 2010. 

• All Cancellations after November 25, 2010

  • 75% Refundable (Within 60-90 Days of Event)

  • 50% Refundable (Within 30-60 Days of Event)

  • 25% Refundable (Within 30 Days of Event)
